Starting All Over Again...
It's been a while...
It has been such a long time since D or I posted on this blog. To be honest, things have just been incredibly busy in both of our lives. However, I have decided that Illest ʇhread is something that I want to pick up again. I am thinking that I might change the direction of
the Instgram page. This time, I will be posting celebrity looks for less in combination with other fashion posts.
I am not sure which celebrities I would like to focus on yet but I have some ideas. I am thinking Kylie Jenner,
Taylor Swift, and maybe some others. That is all for now. Please leave comments down below with what

MIA
Where have we been ?!
Okay so we feel really bad for being MIA but Deana and I have had just so much going on. I know that we both wish that we had more time to dedicate to Illest ʇhread and to this blog.Lately, our schedules have just not been working out with our model Tara and then school got in the way and every college student knows how crazy it gets around finals!
I wish that there were more hours in the day. When I say this I feel like my mother who says this all the time but its so true. A lot of days I feel like I do not have enough time to fit in the things that I need to get done and the things that I want to do.
This summer Deana and I are looking for models. If you are interested in modeling for Illest ʇhread please send us and email : illest.thread@gmail.com.
I hope for all the college students out there you had a great semester! If you are a college student we would love your feedback on this blog and Instagram. Email us with your feedback. We especially want to hear from college students because that is our target audience.
Anyway, enough of my small rant. Today we posted on Illest ʇhread for the first time since Easter (sad to say that it has been that long) about a new Berlin brand named I LIKE PAPER. On Illest ʇhread we featured their PAPPWATCH which is made from water-proof and tear-resistant cardboard. The two watches that we featured are from the series 'Justice'. I think I may have to go and buy myself one of these watches... if you didn't know I have a thing about watches. I feel I need one of these watches to add to my near ending collection. We found out about these watches through iheartfake.com. Which is one of my favorite magazines...if you're not familiar with the magazine you should definitely check it out!

Cobalt Blue
Okay so I am going to be honest. In my head when I styled this outfit I thought it was going to look amazing. Everything about it was perfect in my head. It was the perfect balance of girly yet still fashionable and trendy. When it was actually time to shoot the look I hated it. It had nothing to do with Tara obviously. She is an amazing model and all the clothes we tell her to wear for the shoots look great on her but this was a major mess up on my part. Now that I look back on it I wish I hadn't picked a crop top to go with this look and I also wish I wouldn't have paired the black buckle boots with bright cobalt jeans. Each piece of clothing individually is great but they just did not come together right in this outfit. I think Deana agreed. Later she told me that this wasn't her favorite look either. Regardless of this however, the make-up was incredible. Deana did such an great job. I believe she will be writing a blog post just on the make up and it will also include close up pictures so you will really be able to see how amazing the make up was for this shoot.
P.S.
I hope it's okay that we include unedited pictures on this blog. We both want this blog to be real. Which means we will include unedited pictures and write down our actual feelings about how our photos from a certain shoot came out or just the process of trying to become a successful fashion Instagram.

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY
Okay so I know it is not Valentine's Day anymore but I decided I should upload these pictures of our Valentine's Day look anyway. It is my favorite look like I have already stated numerous times on the other posts. Tara (our model) looks AMAZ and the outfit couldn't have come out any better in the pictures. For our Valentine's Day look we wanted to go for something chic and young while still looking elegant. We were imagining an outfit like is for a nice dinner date with your significant other. I think we achieved that. What do you think ?
The shoot overall was fun. Tara however might say otherwise. We made her squeeze into shoes that were 2 sizes to small for her and by the end of the shoot Deana had to carry her back inside. As soon as we got inside the first thing Tara asked was "Can you please take these shoes off of me ?" She was a total trooper threw the whole thing. She didn't even complain once about being out in the freezing cold with only a field jacket on and very thin tights. We owe you Tara! Make sure you check out our Instagram @ILLESTTHREAD!

Sweet Tart
We want this blog to be about our journey of launching our fashion Instagram. We will write about the struggles but also the hopefully great rewards that come from starting a fashion Instagram.
